Pageant Process & Rules

Please read the below information before you register.

Register Process:
1. In order to register you need to complete the contact form below. Provide your name and surname, contact details and some details of the title you hold and why you think you can win this competition.
2. This information will be assessed and our pageant directors will send you an offical competition registration form to complete.
3. After completing and signing the form, it must be returned to the pageant directors along with the R500 entry fee.
4. You will be added to the pageant WhatsApp group and receive further infomration should you be successful with your registration.

Pageant Process:
1. There will be a preliminary competition round which happens before the night of the actual pageant event. This will inlcude a questions and answers round and a photo shoot.
2. The night of the event will have a specific theme which will be shared with you by our pageant directors during the registration phase.
3. On the night of the main event you will participate in the categories of swimwear, evening gown and if you make the top 5, a questions and answers interview. The Top 3 will make final statements before the winners are announced.

Pageant Rules:

1. This competition is open to all past winners of any LGBTQIA+ pageant in any province of South Africa.

2. The contestants must present their crown and their sash of their past pageant, as part of the entry.

3. The will also need to provide a letter from the peagant director confirming them as title holder,.

4. All entry fee payments must be done on registration of the pageant.

5. The pageant is only applicable for LGBTQIA+ contestants.

6. Contestants must 18 and older to enter (ID documents must be provided).

7. All contestants need to sell at least 5 tickets to the main event.

8. Contestants will not be allowed to upload pictures of the prelims and on the night on social media, pictures will only be allowed after the crowning has been done.

9. All contestants must provide one full length photo and one face photo of themselves.

10. Contestants will be required to sign a pageant agreement which will be explained in detail.

11. Display of public indecency or bringing the pageant into disrepute will lead to disqualification.
